5 DAYS LONG WEEKEND FOR UAE RESIDENT

UAE residents will benefit from a five-day-long weekend. Tuesday, December 1, 2020 will be observed as a holiday to mark Commemoration Day, formerly referred to as Martyr’s Day And Wednesday, December 2, 2020 and Thursday, December 3, 2020 for the 49th National Day, that marks the unification of all seven Emirates into one nation.

These three public holidays plus two-day weekend will get the residents five-day break.
This means for those who usually have Friday and Saturday off as their weekend, they will be getting 5-day long weekend and those who generally work on Saturday, will be getting a four-day holiday.
